Aurora R6, keyboard/mouse issue
Over the last couple of months I have been having a sporadic issue where my mouse or keyboard refusing to work. Different devices did not help. I tried updating drivers and reset the bios. None of it really helped but I would turn off my computer a time or 4 and wait and things would work again. It made no difference which of the 10 usb ports I used. Today nothing hooked up to any of the ports are working. I cannot even login. A phone charger will charge a phone hooked up to the USB port so the port itself is probably not the issue. My mouse, keyboard and xbox controller do not work no matter where they are plugged. I have tried turning it off and on multiple times.I have even unplugged the computer, turned it off and waited. that did not work either.
Please I need help.

If you have tried other hardware the problem must be the computer. Run the Dell Diagnostics to test everything if you can start the computer.
Keyboards and mice are plug and play. No drivers needed. The drivers are for the software.

We ran the diagnostics but all it said is that we needed to update the memory.
Suddenly the mouse is working though it only works in one spot. We removed it and tried all three keyboards in that spot but nothing. Fortunately mouse worked again when we put it back in that spot. When we plug a keyboard in, it makes the standard plugging item in sound and then immediately a unplugging item sound.

Ps. 3 hours later, I read some thing that said to turn off the power saver mode. Suddenly the keyboard worked. For 5 minutes. It has stopped working again.
