Aurora R6, lights not working

I/O switch lights up yellow on startup and then won't light up, left side is always blue, right side won't ever light up. Tech Support was worthless because they just ran me through the UEFI and double checked my hardware even though I told them I had already done it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the command center, and still no response. The tester only turns the blue light red, none of the other lights turn on.

What do I do to fix this.
