only trained tech and ear can do this. maybe it sucked up a hair ball in a fan, first clean it. then if still making noise we disconnect each possible noise maker 1 by 1, until it is silent. is this magic , no but that is all you do and or use an empty kitchen towel cardboard tube to 1 year and use that to find the cause. or get the PC serviced in a shop. demo the noise and ask for a cure. fans , or hDD, top list.

It sounds like a fan. Which one??? You will have to open the case and see if you can locate which one it is.
