Aurora-R6, missing drivers?
Is there some sort of maintence or issues with Dell's website support? I wanted to check for and download latest drivers for my R6. But the only thing I have links for are for Manuals & Documents,Warranty, and System Configuration. No longer showing any links for Drivers & Downloads. Also very odd is I live in the US yet the country selector link box at the bottom of the page had auto selected a foreign country Liberia I think. This is very frustrating indeed as I like to aquire and get drivers and software myself rather then rely on the SupportAssist. SupportAssist does not always seem to be up todate from the past serveral times I checked it did not have newer drivers listed other then the BIOS file. And I elect not to use it for critical things such as a BIOS update. And yes before some one chimes in I did input my service tag and signed into my Dell account before going to Support drivers and downloads link.

Yeah, it appears to be broken. Maybe someone from Dell will see your post and fix it.
I don't use SupportAssist or Dell-Update or Alienware-Update or (the next thing they think up). :TongueTied:
I just get my Aurora-R6 files here:
http://downloads.dell.com/published/pages/alienware-aurora-r6-desktop.html
But now-days, it's pretty minimal from Dell.com ... maybe just Alienware Command Center. Maybe a BIOS if I'm feeling brave ... which I'm not because machine is working fine and super-stable already. I don't fix what's not broken.
I think everything else comes from Microsoft Windows-10 Update or maybe a driver from nvidia.com (once every 6-months or so).

It seems to have been fixed not long after I posted. Thanks for the other link that I bookmarked just in case.

Actually, the FTP site is the only copy of "the files". support.dell.com is just a prettier "front end" for them, with the other stuff (most good) mixed-in.

It seems that after their initial support warranty expires,
if you want drivers you are on your own.
This is the last time I'll purchase a DELL anything.l
