Aurora R7, AW768 keyboard, software/LED malfunction

So, I have an Aurora R7 and a AW768 keyboard attached to it. All was going great for a few months but recently, AWCC is acting up. When I launch it to adjust my light zones, it says downloading resources and I tried leaving it on overnight but it was still downloading when I woke up. I restarted the software and it said no AlienFX devices were detected which is strange because my keyboard does support it. Now the lights for the keyboards have turned off except the macros and I can do anything to them because that stupid, inconvenient software wont detect my also brand new OEM keyboard. Help me please, I am really stressed about this. Also, I know the LEDs work and I have not broken them because when I turn on the computer, they turn on and go through all colors for like 3 seconds and then turn off. Any advice?
