There is still no solution

If I turn down the power scheme in windows advanced screen saver to power saver the CPU goes down as expected.

Any over clock settings I choose in the BIOS including disable over clocking does nothing.

From my understanding this is an error/issue impacting only users who have updated to the most recent BIOS revision, and some people have fixed it by downgrading back to the next most recent version they had previously (note there is always risk here so I am not recommending this, just noting what has worked for others).  This update is done automatically by Dell supportassist unless you manually disable updates.  If you haven't updated yet, it may be wise to look into this issue before updating to the most recent bios.

HI.

I had a similar problem with my Aurora R8, I solved re-flashing the BIOS (same version already installed).

I guess that in this way you reset same parameters to their original value.

Let me know if it work for you too

I have an older bios version and i don't have this error.  I have no interest in upgrading to the most recent BIOs.  Especially with the issues popping up lately on the most recent version.

They fixed it for me.  They emailed me the files because the server that downloads the profiles is down.

Are you able to switch OC level 1 and 2 profiles in BIOS too, without using AWCC?  From my understanding dropping the xtu files into the AWCC file in windows is a workaround solution.

Please, can you share these files? I have the same dammed issue on my R4 17.

Or.. on which email you wrote to? I cannot find the way to contact them without paying hundred pounds for the customer support. Thank you!

I'm having the same exact issues, as well I downloaded the files supposedly with the fix and put them in the right place and nothing.

Same problems on my R5. Removed, re-installed multiple times but nothing ever works.

I was considering buying an R10 Ryzen, but this kind of lack of support for customers has made me lose faith. I'm building my own again from now on. This is unreal.
