Aurora R7, absolutely no help

Dell has by far, the worst service I've ever experienced and that's saying quite a bit. My one year warranty expired on March 11, 2019. I had a windows update that didn't install properly, had to do a factory restore which has happened once before. Used the specific software on Dell's support site to do an Alienware OS restore. Downloaded command center and OC Controls but they don't provide you with the actual .xtu or .opp files. They are available nowhere on the website to download. I've spoken to not less than 5 people at Tech Support, each one worse than the last. I understand my 2500 gaming PC has been out of warranty for over a year and 8 months but holding 4 files (remember, these are files that should automatically be included in a factory restore software provided by Dell themselves) ransom to get my computer back to FACTORY and charging me $120 to talk to someone is wrong. The last time this happened, I was fortunate to come across a tech support guy named Pramod who sent me all the files I needed using ScreenMeet (and no, I was not under warranty at that time either). Kind of wishing I could somehow track that one useful individual at Dell down again this time around. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do at this point.

I have had similar experience. I ended up paying a very good PC technician in town to have my Alienware fixed. Most manufacturers are in the business of manufacturing, not service.
