Aurora R7, i7-8700, adding a second graphics card.

hi,

i am not a good person when it comes to upgrading PC's so am really hoping someone can help me. i want to add a second GeForce GTX 1060 6Gb card to my alienware as it only has the one, and for streaming my PC games, on certain games it just gets too framey. my question is will the power supply that came with the machine (it is as it was out of the box) allow me to do this? sufficient power / second power cable for the 2nd graphics card etc. and will i need to SLI the two together?

i have had my machine a little over a year roughly and it is not the water cooled model and only has the one graphics car atm.

thank you for any help in advance.

Hi,

so yeah i believe i have settled on replacing my GTX1060 with an ASUS Turbo GeForce RTX 2070 Super EVO 8GB GDDR6 with a blower-style Card, and replace my PSU with an EVGA PSU 850W SuperNOVA 850 G5 ATX MOD 80+G

thoughts on this very appreciated. as far as i can tell the mobo will be fine with this set up, am i right? or are there any other considerations i need to make?

thanks again.
