Aurora-R7, placemat, anyone get one?

Question

I noticed in my order a year ago b/c I just looked it up for something else and see Aurora R7 placemat included. I emailed Dell not knowing what this was and I don't recall any cool Dell placemat. You would think its something the PC goes on etc. Nope lol Dell's reply : Dear Kenny,  Thank You for contacting Dell Online Customer care.  I checked the details and Aurora R7 placemat which was included in the order is related to manual which you can access online by going on to www.dell.com/support. However if you need any additional information on it please reach out to our technical support team on 1-800-624-9896. (For 24/7 Support) who specialize in resolving such issues.   A Manual?? why not just call it that?

Yea I was told its all part of the packaging. Head honchos need to re-word this it makes no sense imo
