Aurora R7, random reboot, #4

Question

I have purchased new Alienware Aurora r7 PC in 2018 but from last six months the PC is freezing and random rebooting after every reboot I can't do anything in PC within a 2 minutes again PC will reboots. I have tried many things like system updates, windows 10 updates, graphics card updates, bios update. After that I contacted dell customer care. After that I reset my PC a twice still problem not resolved after that I had done factory image restore. Again after restoring PC I have updated drivers, windows update but still also problem not resolved system configuration Intel core i7 8th generation, 16 gb ram gtx 1080 8 gb graphics. Anybody help me for the solution?

Does ePSA-Diags pass 100% including long-memory test (outside of Windows) ? What (red) critical errors show in Windows Reliability Report?
