Aurora R8, AWCC, not working after May 30 update

When opening Alienware Command Center after the May 30th update, I am getting "No supported AlienFX devices were detected." I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything having to do with Alienware Command Center several times (including removing folders and registry entries), nothing has helped. I am running Windows 10 Pro version 2004 and the computer is an Aurora R8.

Yes, the Aurora R8 desktop itself has AlienFX lighting and my Alienware RGB Gaming Mouse (510m) also does. All of this was recognized properly in the Command Center application until I updated it today. The trouble is, installing the previous version also does not fix the problem. I am at a loss at this point as to what to do.

Do you have any Alienware peripherals connected to the system?  That message is referring to setting up the RGB on a compatible alienware mouse, monitor, keyboard, etc.

Try using revo to uninstall AWCC.  If that doesn't work, perhaps contact Dell tech support, since this update is so new it may be a bug that they need to fix.  That's why I have auto updates turned off - let other people be the guinea pigs, their BIOs updates and Dellware updates are not without issues.
