It sounds like you have more than one problem. If the CPU fan worked fine until you installed the drive then something changed and I would examine all connections to make sure that all the plugs are secure and plugged in where they are supposed to be. Also the error you posted indicates a HDD/SSD drive that is failing or has failed. Have you tried pulling the drive you installed in order to see if the error no longer exists?

That very high CPU temp and the fact that the cooler is that hot would indicate a problem with the fan or the cooler is not running properly. The temps should be nowhere near that hot.

I removed the drive yes, I'm re-examining as hard as I can

I don't see where I could've went wrong. The CPU_FAN slot is empty but the pump and top fan pins are used by the water cooler.

one thing i DID notice was when I turned on the computer the AIO cooler FAN would spin VERY VERY SLOW

I went to HWINFO and maxed out the fan speed now my computer is 86 degrees on IDLE

so for the people who will ever reach this error code

make sure the SATA CONNECTOR FROM YOUR COOLER IS PLUGGED IN

I guess when I lifted the psu to access the internals it unplugged itself and it was UNDER THE MOTHERBOARD It might be the wiring method my friend chose. man.... have a good day and thanks for the help everyone.

Celsius or F?

If it is Celsius that's bad.

Since you have an aftermarket AIO you might run into other issues. Any other modifications to the system besides the AIO?
