Corsair H75 is basically an H60 + extra fan and newer pump.

Well won’t the double fans take up more space and does Corsair h75 water cooler have pre applied thermal paste?

Oh yes, double fan takes up more space. Be careful. The tubes gonna bend and you don't wanna crimp them when closing the PSU swing arm.

My Corsair H55 came with thermal paste applied. Tinker with this hobby a little more and that's the least of your concerns. Still don't know how to remove thermal paste from a bed sheet. Serious.

I'd like to add that one should never underestimate what a newer pump brings to the table. Especially for Asetek where they have long product cycle because they have so many top tier customers. However, sometimes they can swap out a more powerful pump for a more quiet one. Rule of thumb: go for the latest. Usually they fix stuff but occasionally they can mess up.
