Aurora R8, missing power cord and hdd?
I ordered a used Aurora R8 before black friday (I usually never buy used but it was a rtx 2080 super with a 17 9700k cpu.) And as soon as I opened the box there were only 2 items inside other than the shock absorber. The pc itself and a alienware box with a keyboard and mouse. No warranty document or user's manual. I thought it was strange so I checked out the specs but there was only a ssd 500+ gb inside and no 1 tb hdd. It was listed on the order and still is but it's not inside.

Call Dell sales and inquire about the missing part and incorrect drive size and type, assuming you purchased from Dell. If you need to get it up and running right away, power cords can be purchased at an PC shop. The SSD will greatly outperform an HDD (around 5x faster) but the capacity is only half that of the expected HDD so that is not acceptable. Again call Dell sales as the system is not what you ordered specifically.

Your remedy, if any, will depend on who you purchased it from. And yes, if you buy it from Dell new or refurbished, the power cord is included.

Thank you, I did buy it from dell. I was just shocked that they didnt include the most basic items that come with a pc and was wondering if they mixed something else up to. Followed ur advise and now I'm supposed to take a picture of the inside? I mean yeah I'm pretty sure the hdd is not there...
