Aurora R8, top fan running full speed.
Hey guys!
I bought an Aurora R8 with these specs:
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
- RAM-geheugen 64,0 GB (63,8 GB beschikbaar)
- Nvidia geforce RTX 2080 GI
-liquid cooled alienware
My topfan is running 100% constantly, i tried multiple things to change the speed but it didnt work out, also the sensor seems to work well. The fan starts blowing directly when I turn on the PC. I don't know what to do anymore, working with this loud noise isnt doable. Even when I set the topfan at zero in alienware command centre. It keeps running full speed. All the rebooting and reinstalling, also updating the bios i have done already.
Can someone help me out how to change the fan speed?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Is there any further information on this? I have an Aurora R8, running a 2070, can't be more than 3 years old. I never really noticed the fan, until recently it has been absolutely blasting 100%, non-stop. AWCC will not allow me to change the usage, so I am wondering if there was any resolution from the case above, as it seems like the issue i'm experiencing. Thanks

What CPU temps are you seeing? Have you pulled out your AIO and cleaned out the dust . . . ever?
