Fortunately your Aurora R9 PSU is ATX format, so easy to find a replacement and a very simple installation process. You should consider a fully modular PSU that is no more than 150mm long. What wattage PSU were you considering?
Thanks for the response! I am open to the wattage, as long as it is compatible with the rest of my components. I initially wanted to get the 850W model, but Best Buy was out of stock. I was in a pinch and didn't have time to have one delivered.
I have a RTX 2070 and NVIDIA recommends a minimum of 650W. I know my options are limited, but eventually I would like to upgrade - which may translate to more wattage (?).
I've found a couple of threads posted by other users about replacing PSU in an R9 and, from what I gather, the electrical specs are very particular and it can be challenging to find compatible replacements.
