Aurora R9, AWCC will not open despite everything

After a recent restart (probably due to Windows update), my front lights came back on despite my settings and I could no longer use the AWCC (Alienware Command Center).

Whenever I attempt to open AWCC, I get the white alien head for a variable amount of time, usually less than a second, before it closes.

I've tried every advice I've found to fix this. I've run sfc scannow,
uninstalled with Revo,
hunted down registry items manually,
tried older versions,
installed Overclock Control after a fresh install of Command Center,
Updated my BIOS,
Rolled back the most recent windows update,
And installed a bunch of C++ runtimes from a link I found on the forums.

I've even uninstalled MSI Afterburner. The poor program didn't do anything wrong, it was just loyally controlling my modest overclock. I could see the look of betrayal in its eyes as I pulled up the programs screen and pressed uninstall.

If it's a hint, I can start and run AWCC.Service by running the AWCCServiceLauncher. Still can't keep AWCC open.

I just want to turn off the lights so I don't have to turn off my computer at night. If I just put it to sleep, the light glows bright enough to bother me when I'm trying to sleep.

I realized something that might help me. I noticed that command center has been getting many "access denied" messages under the event viewer. I know that this is a secondhand computer and that the original owner might have done some funky things with the permissions settings, as I know for a fact that it's not quite vanilla. Can anybody give the recommended permissions settings for the Alienware command center?

I'm also getting the following errors:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: DellInc.AlienwareCommandCenter_5.3.2.0_x64__htrsf667h5kn2!App as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
"2147942405"
Happened while starting this command:

Aurora R13 owner here.  I too am getting the same issue.  White screen with alien logo for a few seconds and then it closes with the background services still running.  I too have performed multiple clean installs following these steps https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000178439/how-to-remove-and-reinstall-the-alienware-command-center.

Nothing seems to work!  Was on the phone with DELL for 2 hours, watching them to the exact same thing, and in the end they said the only option at this point is to reinstall Windows 11.  I told then no way.  I have had this system for only 2 months now, and all I have done in install games, updated windows, updated the BIOS to version 1.0.10 (latest BIOS as of now).  Installed all updates using the Alienware Update utility.  AWCC worked when I first got the system, but now its a brick.  All I really want to do at this point is to be able to control the RGB lighting.  DELL, please fix!  Uninstalling Windows should NOT be the solution.  Although I am not even sure if this would work.  For the amount of money spent on this system, I have the RTX 3090 version, this is unacceptable.
