Aurora R9, CPU not cooling, upgrade?
Will a Noctua NH-L9i be compatible with my Aurora r9? Also, will this fan be a good enough cooler for my i7-9700k processor? I would appreciate any advice anyone is willing to give.

According to the manufacturer, no this is not compatible with a 9700k.
