Use your Service Tag on the Support section of this site and find the Drivers and Download tab. Click the down arrow on the right hand side of the Alienware Command Center Application and select Older Versions. Try the oldest one available and then each one after that to see if an older version works for you.

Or click the link below and go down to the Version tab and do it from there.

If nothing works then it's possible that you have an issue with your AlienFX controller. This used to be located on a smaller daughterboard on the older Auroras but I haven't seen how it's set up on the newer models.

Also, you have posted this in the Laptop section so you may have better luck putting it into the Desktop forum.

Are you able to see the PC and headset in FX, but it won't change colors, or are you not even registering any compatible devices?

Also, did you remember that you need to download the AW988 alienware mouse driver before you can get fx control over the mouse in AWCC?

AW988 driver:

OK, just saw a windows 10 update come through and now the Alienware command center just hangs on a white screen when I try to open it.

Service Tag:  , Aurora R9

Before I go down the 'rabbit hole' any known solution about this problem ??

Would really like to use the cooling profiles again before putting demands on the GPU & CPU
