Aurora R9, Windows 11, AWCC, fan speed, OC, endless loading

I recently updated my Windows 11 Aurora R9 with windows system updates. I made no other changes to my desktop. It had been at least a month since I had installed any updates. All of which that were installed were cumulative updates from 22-04 to 22-07. During the process of continuously restarting my computer, I noticed that sometimes the overclock and fan speed control in AWCC would work, and then not work. As of the completion of my updates, these two options are now frozen and I cannot make any adjustments to the fan speeds. 

Is anyone aware of a collision between Microsoft Windows 11 and AWCC that could create this problem?

I have tried reinstalling AWCC, Alienware OC software package and also resetting some BIOS system settings. Any assistance or help would be appreciated.
