Aurora R9, Windows Update firmware 0.1.0.14

Question

Windows update popped this up for me today and it wants me to restart.  I really don't want to run any kind of Firmware update from Windows update.  Is there any way to stop this now that it's already downloaded and waiting for a restart? Is this going to cause issues if I let it go through?

Looks like my PC went ahead and rebooted on it's own.  Everything seems to be working fine and the BIOS is now 1.0.14, 9/6/2021.
