Aurora R9, cannot install BIOS update 1.0.13
Hi thanks in advance,
I saw an update at SupportAssist so I clicked the button but all that says is error.
So downloaded BIOS file manually on dell site, but that file won't open.
Any solutions are appreciated.

The exe is disappearing? What happens if you right click the link, and click save as, and choose your downloads folder?
Or the problem is the exe is just not doing anything?

I have skipped one BIOS version between because of a RAM issue. The new update worked for me.

I may be be wrong but doesn’t all overclocking and xpm profiles have to be disabled? Also bitlocker.

That’s exactly how I get my bios updates for some reason it works that way for me too. Okay I’ll leave y’all alone and I’ll probably get 10 Dell Care private messages on why they haven’t received my machines birth certificates which I give them several times.
