Although its plug and play I think I may have to download the Alienware Gaming Monitor Control Center Communication Driver. That may be why I am getting the AWCC.Background.Server using 3 gb to find one of my Alienware accessories. Are these the ones I need?

I checked that and it was already set that way. I’m actually talking about the regular brightness slider that should be a default windows setting. thanks tho

If you have a Nvidia GPU, you can adjust it in the Nvidia Control Panel
