CCTK is the old software.

Dell Command and Configure

(DCC, Formerly Client Configuration Toolkit CCTK)

Dell Command | Configure 4.0 or later requires platforms supporting WMI-ACPI 2.0 BIOS aka WIN10 64 bit only.

Dell Command | Configure is a packaged software that provides BIOS configuration capabilities on the Dell business client systems such as OptiPlex, Precision, Latitude, XPS, and Venue Pro tablets.  Its not for Alienware or Inspiron or Aurora etc.

refer the Supported Platforms for more information.

Aurora doesn't come with TPM or INTEL AMT either.

Probably not a mistake.  These are gaming systems targeted for home use by individuals, not workstations or business orientated models like the Precision.

So CCTK is for workstation and business only? I did not know that. I am away from my gaming pc and remotely trying to active wake on lan feature using CCTK but its not working. Is there any other way I can remotely activate Bios feature of this gaming pc?

No.

This isn't a supported system. Specifically ACPI 2.0 features are there or not.  You cannot add this.
