Humm... I don't think it was ever on then. Because I never overclocked it. For some reason I thought they came overclocked. Anyways, I did the step where you go into BIOS; F9 for defaults; and then F10 to save and exit.
You can also try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let us know if you receive any errors.
Make sure the video drivers are up to date and also, check systems temps (CPU, GPU) for overheating.
learn this about games crashing (I have 100) more back to the days of Commander Keen and first DOOM.
1: the all crash, evert one, if played 100 hr each, most or all do. for sure NEW games all do, and always have.
2: if too many games crash too often the causes are manifold.
A: PSU overloaded, (or bad , if PC near new , not bad)
B:Windows corrupted. no OS stated.
C: wrong video GPU card driver, or corrupted driver.
D: bad memory if PC BSOD'S? with MS errors did it ? or game just locked out, Crash tells me little.... in fact.
E: GPU OR CPU overheating (easy testing to learn this and how) ask or HWinfo32.exe portable run?
F: bad GPU card, (rare) or overloads PSU @#A
G: My GTX1050 even crashes 1 in 100 times, with new METRO , exodus, but never BF4, and only the 1st nag screens crash, (Russian trash sure,,,, and the esc key likes to crash's (skip keys) Locks the game but noT OS.
H: Run FURMARK and PASSMARK here all day on 5 systems, not one crashes. telling me games like to crash they are complex and bugs lots,
learn to UPDATE your UNSTATED GAME FIRST. and yes OC , only makes this worse,. (OC = abuse)

next time define CRASH.
game locks and control ALt + del is dead,
or BSODS
what OS Is this. and build , hope not 1903.
what game is it. why not just say it.?
