WHY no dynamic lighting? Aurora R7/AW768/gaming mouse

Maybe someone here can answer, since tech support couldn't or wouldn't.   WHY ON EARTH has Alienware removed the ability to save dynamic themes? It makes NO SENSE at ALL. I got my aw768 and mouse before the desktop, and could plug them into my (non-Dell, non-AW) ancient laptop and create and save dynamic themes to my heart's content. Now? Nope. I can either have solid colours and save them, or I can have one dynamic theme and be unable to save presets. This is stupid. The descriptions of the equipment when I purchased indicated that I could do these things. But now they've changed the software to remove functionality that is built in to the unit. Anyone? Why?

Yes. The software that addresses the desktop will do static colours only, and will save themes. The keyboard/mouse software will do dynamic, but will not save themes/presets. It's mindbogglingly stupid. The tech support agent from Alienware tried to claim that the aw768 and the gaming mouse don't do dynamic lighting and I'm like... uh, yeah, they do.

I don't have these (I like Logitech instead) ... but I'll try to help anyway.

So Aurora-R7 has Command Center (for it's own fans and lights).

But did you install CONTROL Center for the keyboard and mouse?

Yes. And the software update removed functionality that I paid for. I should have gone with Corsair.
