X51 R2, wireless not working

My computer no longer picks up any wifi networks after turning it on today. It worked last night. I think the issue is that my Dell Wireless 1550 Wi-Fi Driver is not showing up in my driver list (in device manager) but when I go to: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=p9tn2&oscode=wt64a&productcode=alienware-x51-r2

It says the driver is up to date. The support assist on:

said my computer is up to date. I did a bios update today and my windows 10 OS was up to date already. I flushed my DNS and did netsh winsock reset in my command prompt. I restarted my computer. I've gone to task manger -> services -> made sure my WLAN AutoConfig was set to auto. I restarted this as well. I've tried running the network troubleshooter in my windows settings but there aren't any options for wifi, only searching folders. When I go to my adapter options, I don't have a wireless option to enable. I've restarted my computer several times but I don't know what to do anymore. Any advice?

Correct.

If the WiFi card hardware itself is NOT showing in Device-Manager (either as itself or "unknown device" in error), then ...

You have a hardware problem.

You can try removing and "re-seating" the WiFi card (if you are familiar with working inside machines).
