X51 R3, AGA, RTX 3060, no sleep mode
If Dell does not plan to provide any support for an outdated product then should just remove it from sales to the customer. Have been calling and emailing Dell but still can't get a definite answer for the AGA (Alienware Graphics Amplifier) issue sorted (can't even find any serial number or service tag attached to it).
Just bought an AGA on July 2021 for a GPU upgrade from my existing GTX 960 built 2016 out of warranty X51 R3. Together with the new AGA is a RTX 3060, everything is working fine after installing all the latest software and connection of HDMI directly from AGA to my monitor. The problem I'm facing is the sleep mode is missing and after following the step posted on most website regarding how to enable back sleep mode, only hibernate mode shown instead of sleep mode.
A. Is there a way to re-enable Sleep Mode with AGA connected?
Beside that, in my CommandCenter AlienAdrenaline the AGA does not show the GPU Status (Integrated GP (iGPU), Internal GPU (dGPU), External GPU (xGPU))and Graphics Sync Button thingy.
B. Again everything seem to work with the AGA, but why the CommandCenter is not showing AGA?
The current version of the software on my X51 R3 is
Bios: 1.2.15
Nvidia: 466.77
CommandCenter: 4.5.18
AGA: 2.0.15
Please do not copy and paste a reply saying AGA only support Nvidia Series 20 GPU, if that the case AGA should be discontinued during 2019.

Hi @Je3HnG replied to your other post. Please check your Dell invoice, which will include the terms of the Dell warranty.
Dell support for Alienware Graphics Amplifier has been withdrawn. NVIDIA drivers are available for Dell small form 30 series, but Dell support is not available. Dell are undecided if Alienware Graphics Amplifier is to be redesigned/updated.

But I just bought it from Dell Official Website on 1st July 2021. Dell is selling/clearing discontinued product? Meaning Dell can sell old discontinued product in other country beside US and not provide any support?

As an aside that AGA has been discontinued and is no longer offered for sale by Dell (at least in the US).

Thanks for the info.
Again sound funny to me that Dell is still selling a discontinued product yet does not provide support.

Hi @Je3HnG Dell has decided not to remove AGA circuit/connection from many motherboards, for commercial reasons that motherboard update is not cost effective. Dell are undecided if Alienware Graphics Amplifier is to be redesigned/updated.
