As long as you can change the card out, it should work. Dell does state on your documents page for that system, doing so would affect the warranty.
Be careful with the antenna lead connections. It does say the card is a Half mini-PCIe Slot and on some older systems, newer versions of certain Wi-Fi form factors, may be hard to find.

Dell only validated the following WiFi cards in the X51 R3 =
K57GX Intel 7265
MHK36 Intel 3165
The X51 R3 Service Manual page 13 shows how to remove the WiFi card.
The AX200 connectors look just like the Intel 3165, so it might work.

On a picture antenna connectors are reserved. Just to be clear, I should follow “ main and aux “ marks NOT black and white colors. Correct?
