i have an aurora R11 and i have noticed on the alienware command center the thermal and overclock tabs keep buffering and i cant change then i have uninstalled and reinstalled it the correct way already can anyone help me?
not sure if it's the same issue i had but on my aurora r12 I installed Command Center and the Thermal and Overclock sections would just hang (like you said) just spinning but never loading.
Everyone said to just reinstall command center (among other things) and nothing ever worked until I figured out what to do:
First download: 1) Alienware Command Center as well as something called 2) Alienware OC Controls Application (this download got the thermal and overclock sections to work finally).
So to sum it up, you need to download 2 things to get the thermal and overclock sections to work.... at least that's what finally fixed mine and got the spinning icons to finally load. For reference I'm running Aurora r12 with Windows 11.
Alienware command center package menager > click modify in the "add or remove programs" settings menu. Click repair in package manager and restart windows. This fixed the issue for me!

Might want to reinstall Alienware OC Controls Application. I also have an R11, but I started with a clean install of Windows 10 to avoid "issues."
