AC Adapter currently connected is not supported

Hey Guys;

I have Alienware M17x R2 I Just bought the second AC and the Battery to my computer from Dell, I have a problem with my old battery and AC is not supported and I still face the same problem but I make it work after I run the OSD program and the AC start work, if I don't run OSD the computer does not reed the AC, can you help me guys.
