Alien Autopsy Causing Graphics Driver Failure and Blue Screens ???

Well, recently I have been running into a very very annoying problem with my Alienware.

Whenever I open up my system history in Alien Autopsy my laptop will freeze and the graphics drivers will recover or I will shut down, I get a Blue screen error that cause me to shut down. Every other area of my computer seems to run fine but this is very frustrating.

Last week I got online service via connect pro, and he re downloaded my drivers and cleaned them all up, and he said it may be a hard ware error if it happens again but since it happens almost exclusively in Alien Autopsy I would say other wise.

I have done a full system scan and all the components seem to be working fine, no viruses, no broken drivers, no nothing.

Help.

Hi,

It is unfortunate that the blue screen appears on the computer. This could happen due to hardware or a software issue. Request you to uninstall/reinstall Alien Autopsy by going to programs and features and uninstalling it. Then using the below link reinstall alien autopsy:

Once this is done, check if the issue still exists. If yes, then you may use the below link and run a hardware diagnostics:

Make a note of the error code that appears (if any). Do reply with your answers.
