AlienFX isn't working

ok so It's glowing and everything, but I want to change the color and the alienFX page on the AW command center isn't working.

when I turn on my laptop, I get this message

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Tools.Classes.CommunicationServiceClass.SetFirmwareFilesPath(String path) at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Tools.Classes.CommunicationServiceClassFactory.New(AlienFXDeviceRepository repository) at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Controller.LightsZoneController..ctor() at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Controller.ControllerMainForm.initializeLightController() at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Controller.ControllerMainForm..ctor() at AlienLabs.AlienFX.Controller.Program.Main(String[] args)

I've tried reinstalling the program, but it's not working

I would recommend uninstalling alienFX and installing the newest update.

I tried updating the BIOS but that has not helped anything.

I can not try anything else because like I stated above, the AlienFX page in the command center is not working. as in: it's just showing up as a black screen. :c

since you aren't responding, I'd like to add that I've searched my computer for alienfx and nothing is showing up. it's not even in my computer. could you please direct me to a place where I can download the program? thank you.

This is the one you should download; remember to follow the instructions in the article I sent you before and to perform a power drain right after you uninstall the command center.
