after updated bios a10 (but it was same a10 before anyway )i cant uninstall command centre because an windows comes up with faulty : 1628 failed to comlete installation!and icon from the tray is hidden !
The EFI System partition (ESP) is a partition on a data storage device that is used by machines that adhere to the Extensible Firmware Interface.
It contains the boot loader programs for all operating systems installed (in other partitions) on the device, device driver files (used by the firmware at boot time) for other devices, and system utility programs that are intended to be run before an operating system is booted.
Usually these files are hidden on your computer and as this message is displayed on your screen will not be a concern.
Please try the step mentioned above and let us know the findings.
I HAD TRY UNINSTALL AND INSTALL ,BUT I CANT BECAUSE WHEN I WANT TO INSTALL CC ERROR MESSAGE COMES OUT!! ONLY 2 OPTIONS POSSIBLE WHEN I CLICK INSTALL FILE REPAIR AND REMOVE, BUT IF I CHOICE ANYONE ,AFTER ERROR CODE COMES OUT AND CLOSE THE INSTALLATION PROCESS!!! ERROR 1605
Would you please provide the Service tag of your computer and also phone number on a private message so we can call you back and check the computer, I would like to take a remote session and try a couple of troubleshooting steps. To send a private message, click on my user name and select start conversation and send your Service tag, Name on the account and Order# of the computer along with your phone numbers and best time to reach.
It’s good to know that you will be Re-Installing the Operating system as most of the times it fixes the issue and please continue Reinstalling the OS and do let us know if you experience any issues in future and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
