Hi,
Make sure your system is running the latest BIOS firmware, click here for the download link. Try uninstalling the Alienware Command Center application from the Programs and Features list first. After doing that, restart the system and install it again, you can use this version.

Hello,
Thank you for confirming this. This could be a hardware problem, if your system is in warranty, send me your Service Tag in a PM for hardware assistance.

Hi,
Are you sure you installed the correct Touchpad driver? Try reinstalling the Touchpad driver, click here for the download link.

Hi,
definitely! i have reinstalled windows 10 many times and clean with right and latest drivers! you know my job some how with testing a lots of softwares, and when i decided to ask help,i was sure about that if i did everything right and properly but did not responded! i guess nobody get attention of it ,maybe because nobody use the command center for change config of mousepad....there is something wrong with those drivers as i mentioned at early comment....it's nothing actually just little bit annoying! by the way thanks for following.
Best Regards!

Hi,
Thanks for confirming this. Normally, reinstalling the Command Center fixes this type of issues but considering everything you have already tried, this could be a hardware issue.

I'm having the exact same problem. With a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (Version 1511 Build 10586.494) It's not just you. I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
Synaptics Touchpad Driver (Input_Driver_H3H95_WN32_19.0.15.2_A00.EXE)
Command Center (Application_7YT4T_WN64_3.6.4.0_A03.EXE)
I immediately get the error after making a change (which takes) and hitting apply in AlienTouch and it then kills the Command Center right after acknowledging the error message.
I've also noticed that the Synaptic driver can't be uninstalled through the normal uninstall in Windows 10. I had to do it via command line. Otherwise is appears to function OK.
From everything I can tell, I don't believe it 's a hardware issue. I was running Windows 7 Ultimate prior to Windows 10 Pro without any issues. My system is still under warranty/support so I may pursue it with tech support (as it is kind of annoying).
Command Center Error:
Error during uninstall of Synaptic Touchpad Driver:
To uninstall the touchpad driver I had to use:
From an Administrators shell/command prompt -
rundll32.exe "C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynISDLL.dll",standAloneUninstall
