It depends on exactly what you mean by the "Aliensense webcam window".
If you're asking if it's possible to hide the entire AlienSense logon interface, then the answer is "no" as long as AlienSense is enabled. If you disabled AlienSense, then of course the interface will no longer appear.
If you're asking just about the video itself, however, then the answer is "yes". AlienSense has a control that allows you to change the appearance of the video between normal, blurry and blank.
