Alienware 13 (Base) Performance

I am considering buying an Alienware 13 (base) to serve as my main gaming platform. Still, I have some doubts as to whether its hardware is powerful enough to handle the most demanding titles, such as Witcher 3 or Middle-Earth: The Shadow of Mordor. The former in particular seems to require at least an Intel CPU Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz / AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz processor. Still, even the most powerful variant of A13 features only a 3.0 GHz processor. At the same time, I have seen a number of YouTube videos of Witcher 3 played (reputedly) on A13, and it seemed to perform well.

Has anybody here played either of the above titles or games with comparable technical requirements on an A13? If so, what was the performance like? Any input on this would be useful.
