This is during simple web browsing and Microsoft Word with nothing else open in the background. I only game on the laptop when it's plugged in, I also have the latest BIOS.
Just to confirm, does the battery last 3-4 hours in normal use or are you doing gaming or any other type of heavy process? Make sure your system is running the latest Bios firmware, click here for the Bios download link.
