You're not using the Graphics Amplifier, are you? And you didn't touch anything in the BIOS, right?
In any case, you may also have to reinstall the Intel Graphics driver. Pretty much the same steps as for reinstalling the Nvidia driver.
I would also disable Windows Update automatically doing the updates for you. You'll have to go into the Control Panel to do this.

You can disable auto-Windows update. However, I want you to update your BIOS before all of this.
Go to Dell's support site, type in your service tag there (not here), and download all the BIOS revisions (sans A00) for the AW13. Then flash/install each of them by numeric order (least to greatest).
