Alienware 13 (Late 2014) keyboard issue

Hi guys, I recently purchased the Alienware 13 laptop and noticed that the two keys ( ' and ` ) are not responsive. I have to press the twice for it to appear and the output will be doubled. It is registering the keystroke but will only appear on screen after pressing it again.

I tried two external keyboards and is experiencing the same issue.

The Dell tech support consultant advised to update the BIOS but I am not able to locate the file in the support page.
