Alienware 14, Network port not flush

Question

Just received my new Alienware 14 -- was working on it yesterday and noticed that the network port isn't flush with the chasis on the back end. Can see line of light from the fx lighting along the back end of their port that shouldn't be there. The port clearly looks like it isnt aligned correctly when you look closely at it.  It may seem like a small thing but I expected better build quality on a $2300+ system. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Agreed, not good. But if the port is not loose and functions, is it worth your time and effort to get a system exchange? If yes, email the team, awsocialmedia@dell.com
