Alienware 15-R3, keyboard

Hi,

I've decided to continue with Alienware a few months ago, so I did buy an A15 r3 on a good deal. Nice but... you have destroyed the keyboard in this edition.

Alienware mobile used to be good for playing games. I could play decently a fps or mmo. I can't do either of them now. I had to buy a normal USB keyboard.

Then is the layout of the keyboard, the size of the keys -- too big, altough I have big hands (awsd & co doesn't work anymore), and the side keys on the right with strange glyphs -- otherwise useless. That is not a gaming keyboard anymore. Who the   designed that?! o.O

The capslock key, under the tab, about the same size, is huuuuge! This is not a secretary notebook. You don't need a big capslock key. 

And the big issue: the space bar does not work properly. I have to hit it harder to have it typing. If I do it too harder, the computer freezes with a funny packman like screen.

By the way, it has the service tag and I'm gonna ask for a fix for the space bar at the CS soon.
