would you check Windows Reliability Monitor please? open Start Menu and type Reliability, then pick Show Reliability History from the List. then search for Errors. tell us if you can find something.
also run EPSA Test to make sure your Hardware is working properly. hit F12 during Boot Up and choose EPSA from the Menu.
