Alienware 15 r2 sound cuts in and out

This issue I have has been ongoing for pretty well the entirety of my owning this laptop. The sound cuts in and out, and if I move or press on the computer it sometimes comes back, but it's got me really frustrated now. The headphone jack and Bluetooth also has issues. I had sent it in 3 times only to have it given to me with all my stuff wiped off it, and the issue remains. So i gave up on sending it cuz you guys clearly didn't check the issue even thoughI said exactly what it was each time. So, I would like someone to give me a possible link to a video so I can do it myself. I'm beyond disappointed with your service given the price of these things. Any actual hemp this time around would be much appreciated. Thanks
