Alienware 17 Microphone doesn't work unless I tilt screen
I'm guessing this is a hardware problem because the microphone doesn't work unless I tilt the screen a certain way. Then it might work for a few moments but then stop. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Also, I took apart my computer a few weeks ago to replace the RAM. This required me to remove the keyboard and a lot of components. The microphone worked fine for about 2 weeks after this though so not sure why it's showing up now. Also, it only starts to work when I tilt the screen which seems separate from the keyboard area and all the hardware. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Is there a connection under the keyboard I might have messed up? Thanks,

There is a possibility that something in the connection is broken, if you are still under warranty and you live within US or Canada send me a PM with your service tag and a brief description of the problem so I can help you out otherwise contact the technical support site in your country so they can assist you with the replacement.
