If you change the power plan without unplugging and replugging the ac adapter does it work?

Hey Milena,
Yes it does. First I tried booting with balanced power plan but CPU was stuck @800MHz same way as with high performance plan. When I switch plan it starts working fine. Do you plan any fix for that?

Try performing a clean boot just to check if there is a program running in the back ground that might be causing the system to slow down.
