Alienware 17 R3 - Battery Replacement?

Dell Mods,

One simply question: how does a laptop, not even a year old, have no battery replacement in the line up of parts/accessories?

I've searched Dell, Google, etc. Nothing. How is that even possible?!

For spending $2000+ on a gaming high performance laptop, I gotta be honest - I do not feel like we (those who spend this kind of money) are being treated like proper VIP buyers.

Dell, you need to restructure your customer service standards. Otherwise, you will not be receiving further $$$ from me; that you can rest assured on.

Furthermore, I am referencing Alienware 17 R3  and NOT the Alienware 17x R3. (who the *** came up with your model #s? Horrible. Search Alienware 17 R3 and you'll get a bunch of Alienware 17x R3 results).
