Alienware 17 R3 Trackpad Issues
I've had the Alienware 17 R3 with Skylake processor, 4k monitor, and GTX 980 for about 2 days now.
The two finger scroll randomly stops working sometimes and I need to restart the computer to get it back.
Also, every once in a while during general use the trackpad randomly stops working all together and the mouse won't move. It happens completely randomly, but I can sort of reproduce it when the two finger scroll isn't working and I attempt to two finger scroll a few times in a row. In fact it happened just now while typing this. It usually starts working again if I stop touching it for about 5-10 seconds.
This is honestly the only flaw I've found in this computer so far, however it's a big annoying one that keeps getting in the way. Please help!

Hi,
Try reinstalling the Synaptics driver, click here for the download link. When the issue occurs, can you connect a mouse to test if the cursor responds with the mouse?
