You need to be careful updating components directly inside of device manager. Although some of those listing may have updates available, they have not been tested for compatibility with your machine setup and they can cause you machine to become unstable or un-bootable.
Windows 10 update does not appear to update the hardware drivers. I am just glad that there is a new version for intel 530 gpu. Also everything runs fine with all the updates.
Like CJJacobs mentioned, some of the driver updates may not be fully compatible with the system. I recommend you to keep it like it is. Let us know if you run into any problems with the drivers.

Word, should prob update every 6 months, every month is too insane
also there are new updates on dells website like the sb xfi driver software
I don't think windows update can run through all of device manager because some sort of windows problem..
I ran up full 8GB usage 75% through the list but task manager doesn't show a program with high MB use..

The reason why Microsoft doesn't check it all is because it would bog the system down.
