Alienware 17 R3 freeze with error "Event ID 56 from source Application Popup "
My Alienware offten was freezed. And I view EventLog. I seen error :
"
The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
ACPI
5
the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table"
How to solve error ?

Update the BIOS version to the latest here. Let em know how it goes!

Hi.
I have updated the new BIOS. But, my laptop was still freezed.
This time I try to press the power button to shutdown, it didn't shutdown but it screen off, then back on, a command Prompt appeared. Freezing was lost.
I used the computer from yesterday to now, not been freezed. Now, don't any thing problem.
